Our story

Legend Models & Talent, LLC was founded in 2014 by a great team of experienced professionals within the entertainment industry in the entertainment capital of the world, Las Vegas. 

The agency’s founder and CEO initially entered the modeling industry in 1999 as a teen model at age 13, eventually transitioning into the Las Vegas entertainment market in 2010 and booking talent both nationally and internationally beginning in 2012.

Currently, in 2023 we continue to carry a perfect 5-star rating on every social and web platform; due to our extraordinary customer service, business ethics, thorough communication, and attention to detail. We look forward to connecting with new clients and brands, and executing successful and memorable events while building long-term positive relationships. Kaylan Franca

Founder / CEO

Lead Agent and CEO Kaylan Franca carries over 20 years of experience working in the modeling and entertainment industry in the Midwest and coastal markets; including Kansas City, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, and Miami. Since founding Legend in 2014, Kaylan has gained reputation as a leading Talent Buyer, Model Coach, Artist Manager and Event Coordinator. With continuous national expansion throughout the corporate event & conference circuit in various destination cities and resorts, Legend maintains its headquarters in the entertainment capital of the world, LAS VEGAS.

Christilily Chiv

Event Coordinator / Administrator

The Legend Models and Legend Entertainment Las Vegas team includes Christilily Chiv, a Los Angeles native and Las Vegas resident since 2021.

Christilily ( aka Ceelily ) has gained vast experience in the Vegas entertainment scene with event planning and coordination, while her previous work includes community and grass root based organizations in California. She has further background in the performing arts with film production and media, as well as emceeing local events and festivals on the West coast. As a valuable member of the Legend team, Christilily handles company administrative as well as coordinating for many of our events and bookings. Christilily takes pride in ensuring all clients and talent have the best quality experience from beginning to end! 

Allison Adams

Talent Recruiter / Marketing

The team at Legend Models and Legend Entertainment Las Vegas includes the talented Allison Adams, Wisconsin native and a Las Vegas local for over a decade. 

Allison has vast experience booking rock, cover and all star bands across the country, in addition to her roles behind and in front of the camera; working with multiple television show productions & countless celebrities for the past 13 years. After joining the Legend family nearly 6 years ago, quality far above expectation is also her standard. Allison is one of our talent recruiters and event coordinators with additional backgrounds in hospitality and marketing.
